Presidency Promises Support For Farmers, Market Women In Osun
The presidency has promised to support farmers, market women and other stakeholders for economic and infrastructure development.
The personal assistant to the president on Constituency Affairs, Kareem Khadijat, who spoke at a town hall meeting with market women, farmer’s group, students and civil societies in Osogbo, Monday, noted that the presidency is aware of challenges facing the people of the state from infrastructure development to economic empowerment.
She stated that President Bola Tinubu is committed to quality education, healthcare and economic opportunities for the people of the state and assuring that federal government will work closely with local stakeholders, community leaders, and civil society organisations.
She said: “All our discussions here will be communicated to Mr President for immediate actions and to assure you that your voice will be heard. We will cultivate trust by being transparent, responsive, and accountable to your needs.
“We will address real-world challenges and have a tangible impact on your lives. Avail us with any federal abandoned projet in your domain,” Kareem added.
