Osun NUJ Begins Press Week With Jumaat Service
A special jumaat service is currently taking place at Ilobu central mosque in Irepodun Local Government area of Osun State, as part of activities marking the 2018 NUJ Osun Council press week.
Led by the state chairman, Comrade Abiodun Olalere, the media practitioners trooped out in their large numbers to commit the press week activities in the hand of Almighty Allah
Welcoming the journalists, Sheik JAMIU Abdulraheem, the Deputy Mudashir prayed for the protection of media practitioners in the course of their duties
He said media practitioners were key in sustaining peaceful coexistence of the nation, hence the need for practitioners to always discharge their duties with fear of Allah.
