2019 – Development Of My People Is My Concern, Says Osun PDP House Of Assembly Candidate
Ahead of the Governorship and State Assembly’s elections, a House of Assembly Candidate for Ife North State Constituency under the banner of Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Akinyode Abidemi Oyewusi on Friday assured his teeming supporters of turning around the fortunes of the constituency if finally voted in.
Prince Oyewusi, made this assurance while fielding questions from Journalists at Ipetumodu in Ife North Local Government Area of Osun State shortly after having a political meeting with the Party’s Chieftains, Supporters and community leaders among others.
The PDP House of Assembly Candidate who highly praised their supporters for showing their unflinching and unalloyed support to the PDP in the last Saturday’s presidential and national assembly’s election emphasised that his representation in the State House of Assembly would bring genuine development to the entire constituency.
He said, “I want to say again that, I have concluded to represent you my dear people in the state house to be a law maker by fighting for your entitlements.
“I know what we lack in this our Constituency and with complete support of the Almighty God, He will direct and guide us in finding ways of solution to them.
“Your support to my ambition would not be in vain while my representation would directly touch every lives in the entire constituency, I assured”.
According to Prince Oyewusi, he enjoined the teeming supporters in his constituency to continue to protect their Permanent Voters Card, PVC which is the only certificate for them to cast their votes for him while they should shun vote buying politicians going around.
He said, ” Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP is the only party that can liberate them from the oppressors, hunger, depression and poverty, saying he would not let the people down if voted in as their representative in the Osun state House of Assembly”.
Prince Oyewusi further admonished the people to be law abiding and shun any act capable of causing political mayhem in the constituency.
