Panic In Abia Community As Family Of Seven Found Dead
There was confusion in Umueze Umuakanu community in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State on Wednesday when a family of seven were found dead in their residence.
It was gathered that the incident sent shivers down the spines of residents.
It was learnt the seven victims were suspected to have been poisoned from the Suya or juice bought by their father, Mr. Jessy which they ate on Tuesday night.

They were said to have died before they could be taken to the hospital.
It was however, gathered that the mother, Mrs. Ogba Jessy, and a son cheated death by the whiskers.
Our correspondent gathered that both survivors were on admission at the intensive care unit of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) for medical attention at the time of filing the report.
When contacted, Abia Police spokesman, SP Geoffrey Ogbonna, said that the bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the morgue for preservation and possible autopsy.
