Birthday: Seriki Musulumi Extols Oluwo @54

The Seriki Musulumi of Iwoland, Alhaji Moshood Kamal Okunola (MKO), has joined thousands of well wishers across the state to congratulate Oluwo of Iwo, Oba (Dr) Abdulrosheed Akanbi, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Okunola, in a congratulatory message he signed and made available to CityMirrorNews, in Osogbo, on Monday described Oba Akanbu as great achiever, who had within the space of five years transformed the sleepy town of Iwo.

“The birth and survival of the chosen ones are not without peculiar story. When you are chosen to be great, you are equally prone to heated challenges. When you survive them, you become greater and stronger.

“Your majesty, I see your life as a book. I reference God for you, not only on surviving many hitches but also on how God crowned you as the Paramount Ruler of Iwoland. Lessons should be learnt studying your journey to the crown.

“You are wiser than your age and have achieved beyond our imagination within 5-year on throne presiding over Iwo affairs.

“As your mark your 54th birthday today, I wish you many more years of it on throne, in sound health and prosperity. My king, our king, a father to the nation. Accept my best wishes, always my royal father.”
