Osun Commissioner Thanks Oyetola For Nominating Dr Tella As Osun REC Nominee

Osun State Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties, Hon Olalekan Badmus has commended Governor Gboyega Oyetola for nominating Dr Adeniran Rahaman Tella as the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
President Buhari had sent a letter of request to the Senate for consideration and approval of appointment of Dr Tella as REC for Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Osun State nominee
At the floor of the Red Chamber, it was announced by the president of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan who read Buhari’s letter at the Tuesday plenary.
Reacting, Hon Badmus in a statement he personally signed and made available to CityMirrorNews in Osogbo on Tuesday, on behalf of Osogbo indigines appreciated Governor Oyetola for counting them worthy enough to have nominated Dr Tella as REC.
He, however congratulated the new appointee, who he described as cerebral person with impeccable track staunch administrator.
“On behalf of all Sons and Daughters of Osogbo Oroki, I have come to a level of appreciation to my principal, Governor Gboyega Oyetola, for counting us worthy enough to have nominated one of our own as an Independent National Electoral Commissioner’s Resident in person of Dr. Adeniran Rahman Tella.
“I also congratulate the new appointee and pray that almighty Allah grant him the wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state’s electoral body and also the strength to do Osogbo Oroki proud.
“Dr. Tella is a highly cerebral person with impeccable track record as a staunch administrator. He has over the years demonstrated his innate ability to mobilize towards a particular cause to achieve good results. I am also convinced that you would not disappoint in your new capacity and make your experience useful in upping the ante of your office.
“I am optimistic that we are not going to get anything less than accountability, transparency and uprightness from you as you prepare to begin work in your new assignment.
