Oranmiyan Worldwide Felicitates With Alimi Over Appointment As Aide To Reps Speaker

A sociopolitical Organisation in Osun State, Oranmiyan worldwide on Wednesday congratulated former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Barr Kolapo Alimi on his appointment as Senior Legislative Aide to Speaker, House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.

Oranmiyan in a congratulatory message signed by its Director General, Hon Olajide Sadiq, described Alimi’s appointment as well deserved.

Sadiq stated that there is always a reward for loyalty, expressing confidence that the presence of Barr Alimi in the office the Speaker would be impactful.

He added that Alimi’s wealth of experiences as former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs during the tenure of immediate past Governor , Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, now Minister for interior, would bring the best out of the Speaker’s legislative duties.

Oranmiyan described the new appointee as “diligent, very loyal, hard working and resourceful, adding that his selection is highly commendable, stressing that his political and technocratic experience would be utilized in the office of Honourable speaker.

According to the party, “you have been an esteemed asset to our state and the party, having offered effective and selfless services as Commissioner for eight years under the administration of principal , Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola when he was the governor of the Osun State.”

He therefore prayed God Almighty to grant the new appointee the required knowledge, wisdom and strength to perform beyond people’s expectations in his new position, so that he would make the entire people of Osun proud.
