Breaking: Kogi Assembly Confirms Onoja As Deputy Governor

The Kogi State House of Assembly has confirmed Edward David Onoja as the Deputy Governor .

This follows the impeachment of Elder Simon Achuba last Friday.

The confirmation was carried out on the floor of the House in a special sitting presided over by the Speaker , Mathew Kolawole .

He is about to be sworn in a ceremony at the Lugard House, the seat of the state government by the state Chief Judge , Justice Nadir Ajana
