Breaking: Govt Imposes 24-Hour Curfew on Kaduna Metropolis

The Kaduna state government has imposed a 24-hour curfew on Kaduna Metropolis and its environs.
The governor of the state, Nasir El-Rufai announced this on his official Twitter account @GovKaduna today, Sunday.
There is tension within the Kaduna Metropolis after over 55 people were reportedly killed in an attack on Kasuwa Magani community of he state.
He said that the decision was taken in the best interest of the state.
“This is a notice of a 24-hour curfew imposed on Kaduna town and environs, with immediate effect.
“Residents are advised to comply by this directive.
The decision has been taken in the best interest of the state.” He said.
