40-Year-Old Man Shot Dead In Osun
A 40-year-old man, Mohammed Badmus has been killed by a security night guard attached to Ibuowo Estate Okinni in Egbedore Local Government area of Osun State.
Badmus was allegedly shot dead by the night guard Identified as Moshood Rasaq, a security night guard of
CityMirrorNews gathered that the deceased was murdered early hour of Saturday with a dane gun and died instantly.
It was learnt that the corpse of deceased has been deposited to the UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital Morgue,Osogbo for autopsy.
Confirming the incident the Osun State Police Command Police Public Relations Officer, SP Yemisi Opolola said that Mr Babatunde Olumide, the chairman of Ibuowo estate Okinni reported the incident to Dada Estate Divisional Police Headquarters.
Opalola stressed that the suspect alongside two others night guards have been arrested and gun used to killed the victim was recovered.
“However case has been transfered to SCID for further investigation.” the PPRO stated.
