Osun PDP Primaries: Sunday Bisi Charges Members on Peaceful Adhoc Delegate Congress
The Osun State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Hon Sunday Bisi has admonished leaders and members of the party across the state to conduct themselves peacefully during and after today’s ward adhoc delegates congress.
The 3 Man Ward Adhoc delegates congress is in preparation for the special state congress slated for March 7, where candidate of the party for the July 16 governorship election in the state will be elected.
The electoral committee for the exercise as nominated by the National Working Committee of the party is headed by the deputy governor of Bauchi state, Senator Baba Tela.
Hon Sunday Bisi in a statement he signed and made available to CityMirrorNews,in Osogbo, on Wednesday, urged members to cooperate fully with the assigned electoral officers in each of the 332 wards in the state and demonstrate again to the whole world that Osun PDP is populated by focused and peace loving democrats.
“While wishing all contestants the very best of luck in the exercise, I urge everyone to play by the rules and be guided by the overall interest of the party and the suffering masses of Osun State who look up the party for succor in the face of turbulent administration of Apc in the State”
