Akoraye Day: Yinka Olatunbosun Felicitates with MPU, Modakeke Indigenes

An Ife born All Progressives Congress, APC, chieftain, Hon Yinka Olatunbosun has felicitated with the Modakeke Progressive Union, MPU, and all the indigenes of Modakeke on the occasion of the 33rd Akoraye Day Celebration holding today.
He also congratulated the new Ogunsua Modakeke, Oba Moses Oyediran, Ajobamdi, the third who was coronated on Thursday.
He said that the enthronement of the king was divine as he was coming in at the right as he is celebrating his first Akoraye Day in less than a week on the throne.
Olatunbosun in a statement made available to newsmen today, Saturday, said that, “the new Ogunsua is coming in at the right time when the state was opening a new chapter in its history.”
He noted that, “the ecstasy in the town by sons and daughters of the ancient, historical town is an affirmation that the new Ogunsua is welcomed by everyone. The huge crowd at the coronation is an endorsement from the people.”
He prayed that the 2018 Akoraye Day will bring peace, harmony and love that the town needs.
He also wished the new Ogunsua a long life on the throne and “prayed that his reign will bring peace and abundant prosperity to the town.”
