2018:Oluwo Tasks Nigerians For Positive Mind
The Oluwo of Iwo, HIM Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi has tasked Nigerians on the need to desist from ominous reasoning and embrace positive projection about Nigeria so as to guide our leaders right.

Oba Akanbi gave the charge in his new year congratulatory message through his Chief Press Secretary, Alli Ibraheem.
Oluwo who gave thanks to Almighty God for the gift life, noted majority of Nigerians see the bad side of the country, imploring them to appreciate the strength and launch a promising future for her weaknesses rather than resorting to destructive criticism.
The first class monarch condemned the destructive criticism by some section of residents as demotivating, calling on populace to furnish their reasoning with hope in Nigeria.
“I feel disappointed when certain people say Nigeria cannot be great. Those people are ominous and agents of doom. Nigeria will rise and grow. 2018 is brighter by God’s grace.We need to cultivate positive mind. The nation is our collective heritage that must be promoted”
“Let us also embrace unity and shun destructive criticism of each other. That we promote unity and peace. The government cannot be perfect as human. We must at all time understand that. Let us patronize each other irrespective of our ethnic and religious affiliation and belied that our nation, Nigeria, will rise to be a leading abode in infrastructural facilities”
