Alli To Unveil ‘Oyo AHEAD’ Manifesto To Stakeholders
The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, will on Tuesday formally unveil his manifesto, tagged Oyo AHEAD (Itayo Oyo), outlining his development agenda for the state.
The event, expected to attract key stakeholders from across the state, will take place at Theophilus Ogunlesi Hall, opposite the main gate of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
In a statement, the Director of Media and Publicity of the Senator Sharafadeen Alli Campaign Organisation (SSACO), Bisi Oladele, said the unveiling would mark the official presentation of Alli’s development blueprint for Oyo State.
According to the statement, stakeholders expected at the event include representatives of the organised private sector, labour unions, community development associations, farmers, students, academics, artisans, traders, women’s groups and non-indigenes.
All APC candidates contesting the 2027 elections, alongside party leaders, are also expected to attend the programme.
Senator Alli is expected to present the manifesto sector by sector, highlighting his proposed policies and programmes aimed at transforming the state and improving the welfare of its residents.
The statement described Oyo AHEAD as a practical, people-centred development roadmap designed to position the state ahead in key development indicators and restore its status as a pace-setter.
The manifesto unveiling is expected to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to examine the candidate’s vision, policy priorities and proposed strategies for the development of Oyo State.
