Winner: Real Madrid Win Record 12th Champions League

Real Madrid FC have won the 2016/2017 Uefa Champions League.
The Win Gives Real a record 12th Champions League since the competition was renamed in 1992.
It is also the first time a team will win the coveted throphy back to back as Zinedine Zidane becomes the first manager to make the history.
A brace from Cristiano Ronaldo, Casemiro and Marcos Asensio with a stunner from Marko Manduzic gave Madrid the whooping 4-1 victory at the Wales National Stadium in Cardiff.
The highly defensive Juventus side got a red card in the 75th minute when Juan Cuadrado pushed skipper Sergio Ramos.
