Owalare Congratulates Adeleke On Re-election, Commends Development Efforts

The Owalare of Ilare, His Royal Majesty Oba Adejoro Otebolaku, Olori Elu Eka-Osun, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, on his re-election for a second term in office.

The monarch, in a congratulatory letter personally signed by him, described Governor Adeleke’s victory as a reflection of the people’s confidence in his administration and its impact on the state.

Oba Otebolaku commended the governor for what he described as unprecedented infrastructural and social development across Osun State, particularly in road construction, healthcare delivery, poverty alleviation, agriculture, education and the welfare of civil servants and pensioners.

The monarch specifically applauded the ongoing construction of the Otan-Ile–Ilare–Esa-Odo Road, saying the project had demonstrated Governor Adeleke’s commitment to the development and wellbeing of the people of Ilare and its neighbouring communities.

The Owalare said, “On behalf of the Owalare-in-Council, Ilare Development Association (IDA) and the good people of the Ilare Community, I heartily congratulate you on your resounding and well-deserved victory at the recent gubernatorial poll.

“Your success is a clear testimony to the people’s acceptance of your style of governance and the stupendous infrastructural and social development that your administration has brought across Osun State.

“The people saw the work, felt the impact, and spoke with one voice at the ballot. Vox populi, vox Dei — the voice of the people is the voice of God.”

Oba Otebolaku assured the governor of the continued support, prayers and partnership of the traditional institution and people of Ilare as he begins his second term.

He also appealed to Governor Adeleke to ensure the completion of the ongoing road project, describing it as vital to the economic and social development of the community.

According to him, “The road is vital to our farmers, students, traders, and to the overall growth of Ilare and the entire Obokun East Local Council Development Area.”

The monarch prayed for continued wisdom, strength and divine guidance for the governor, assuring him of the community’s “continuous prayers and unflinching support” as he continues to steer the affairs of Osun State.
