Rohr Joins CHAN Eagles In Cotonou Ahead Benin Clash
Coach Gernot Rohr has joined the home-based Super Eagles team in Cotonou ahead of their 2018 CHAN first leg qualifier against Benin Republic on Sunday.
The team’s media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, told newsmen at the team’s hotel on Saturday morning that Rohr joined the team on Friday.
Meanwhile the home-based Eagles had their first training at another ground on Friday but will have their second training session at Stade d’lamite by 4pm.
The Benin team will train at the match venue this morning.
The game comes up on Sunday, August, 13th 2017 inside Stade d’lamite.
The return leg comes up in a week time at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
The winners over the two legs will qualify for the 2018 CHAN in Kenya.
