Just In: Rescue Operation Ongoing As Another Building Collapses, Traps Workers In Lagos
A building under construction early Sunday morning collapsed and trapped some workers in Lagos.
Blueprint reports that the incident occurred at Oba Idowu Oniru Street by Ave Maria Hospital, near Sandfield Bus Stop in Lekki, and rescue operation is ongoing.
Already, both National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) have confirmed the incident, but the cause of it was yet to be ascertained.
Building collapse had occured severally in Lagos state both in the past and recent times.
