Drama As Pastor Refuses To Wed Couple For Hugging In Pre-Wedding Photo

A Nigerian Twitter user has told the rather startling story of a wedding he attended where the ceremony was delayed for 2 hours as the priest refused to wed the couple.

According to the wedding guest, the pastor took issues with the couple’s photo used for the wedding brochure because the couple were hugging in the photo.

The couple and their parents had to spend two hours pleading with the pastor before he agreed to wed them on the condition that the cover of the brochure will be removed.

The wedding eventually held at noon and guests were given a wedding programme without front and back cover.
