Omoworare Appreciates Buhari’s Visit, Wants FG Projects in Osun

Senator Babajide Omoworare has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to facilitate Federal Government projects in Osun state, just as he appreciated the president for visiting the state to launch and commission project of the state government.

Omoworare who’s representing Osun East Senatorial District at the National Assembly, congratulated Governor Rauf Aregbesola for being the first governor who the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would commission his project in the state since the beginning of the fourth republic.

The senator in a press statement issued and signed by his Media Assistant, Mr Tunde Dairo, on Wednesday, enjoined the people of the state to troop out en-masse to welcome ans show love to the president.

He described the President’s visit as phenomenal, appreciating President Buhari for creating time to celebrate with the state at her 25th anniversary.

Omoworare said: “On behalf of the progressive people of the State of Osun, and specifically the good people of Osun East (Ife/Ijesa) Senatorial District, I welcome President Muhamadu Buhari to the State of the virtuouson his historic presidential visit to the state”, Omoworare said.

“We remain grateful to him for this working visit to commission landmark projects executed by Governor Rauf Aregbesola. This is a phenomenal occurrence in the history of the state, also happening at a time when the state is celebrating its Silver Jubilee.”

“I am proud to witness this historic visit of a sitting President from our progressive party, the APC to the “State of the Virtuous. This is absolutely a unique experience that will remain evergreen in our history.

“Mr President sir, as you visit us, we assure you of our unalloyed loyalty and belief in your government and the progressive change agenda of the APC to move Nigeria forward at this trying period of economic meltdown.

“Mr President sir, we look forward to a reciprocal of our gesture from you, we crave for noticeable presence of your projects and execution of your policies aimed at ameliorating the situation in Nigeria. This will consolidate the massive infrastructural development being currently done by our progressive Governor.

“I implore my good people of Osun East (Ife/Ijesa) senatorial district to troop out as we welcome President Muhamadu Buhari. We must do this to consolidate our massive votes and love invested into the electoral victory of the APC in 2015 elections.”
