The family members of Late Prince Francis Ladejola-Oginni of the Ataiyero Ruling House of Ilesa have honoured and remembered the life of their father and grandfather whom they described as a true gem who left an indelible mark on people’s hearts.

Late Prince Ladejola-Oginni was a multi-billionaire who touched many lives through his philanthropic and humanitarian gestures.

He was very popular and loved among the Ijesas owing to his unmatched kindness and integrity that the people supported him massively when he jostled for the throne of Owa Obokun of Ijesaland twice.

Queen Hannah Adedoyin Afolabi on behalf of the children and grandchildren of the noble family, the legacies of the late business icon was said to have extended far beyond the confines of his achievements.

Respectfully and fondly remembering their father, the family said, “In Evergreen Memory of our Dearly Beloved Father and Great-Grandfather, the Late Prince Francis Ladejola-Oginni of the Ataiyero Ruling House of Ilesha. He vied for the throne of Ijeshaland twice.

The late Prince Francis Ladejola-Oginni was born in 1920 and lived until the 21st of July, 1968.

Today, the 21st of July, we honour and remember the incredible life of Prince Francis Ladejola-Oginni — a true gem who left an indelible mark on people’s hearts.

It has been 57 years since he departed from this world, but his memory remains alive within each of us.

Prince Francis Ladejola-Oginni was not just a remarkable man, but a beacon of compassion, wisdom, and kindness.
