Adeleke Urges Justice, Unity As Ramadan Begins
Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has called on residents of the state to recommit to justice, compassion, and peaceful coexistence as Muslims commence the holy month of Ramadan.
In a goodwill message released in Osogbo, the governor described justice as the bedrock of a safe and prosperous society, urging political actors to avoid bitterness and focus on actions that promote the collective interest of the people.
He noted that Ramadan offers a period for spiritual renewal, self-discipline, and charity, encouraging the Muslim faithful to support the needy, strengthen communal bonds, and foster harmony through acts of kindness, especially during the breaking of the fast.
Adeleke also commended residents for their resilience amid recent challenges, assuring them that his administration remains committed to sustaining salary payments and ongoing development projects across the state.
He reaffirmed his pledge to continue delivering good governance and urged citizens to maintain faith in the government’s efforts
