He described the Chief of Staff as a dependable member of the governor’s team whose experience, administrative contributions and approach to governance have helped support the implementation of the government’s programmes and policies.
According to him, Akinleye’s birthday offers an opportunity to celebrate not only another year of his life but also his contributions to public service and his efforts towards improving the welfare of the people of Osun State.

Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye deserves to be celebrated for his dedication to duty, his commitment to governance and the value he continues to bring to the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke,” Olasunkanmi said.
The philanthropist also commended the Chief of Staff for his contributions to initiatives aimed at improving the lives of residents, stressing that leadership should be measured not only by the responsibilities entrusted to an individual but also by the positive difference such responsibilities make in the lives of the people.
He noted that Akinleye’s position requires tact, discipline, accessibility and the ability to coordinate government activities effectively, adding that his continued service reflects the importance of teamwork in achieving the objectives of any administration.
Olasunkanmi, who is the founder of the Olusegun Elijah Olasunkanmi Foundation, further emphasised the need for public office holders to sustain people-oriented policies and programmes that address the needs of vulnerable groups, promote social welfare and create opportunities for residents across the state.
He said, “I sincerely appreciate Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye for the role he plays in the Osun State Government. I encourage him to remain committed to the ideals of responsible leadership, inclusive governance and service to humanity, which are essential to building a better society.”
The former Accord Party senatorial aspirant also urged the Chief of Staff to use the new year of his life to deepen his commitment to the development of Osun State, strengthen relationships across political and social divides and continue to support policies that promote peace, progress and sustainable development.
He added that the state would benefit greatly when public officials consistently place the interests of the people above personal considerations, noting that effective governance requires dedication, accountability and a genuine understanding of the expectations of citizens.
While wishing Akinleye good health, wisdom, renewed strength and greater accomplishments, Olasunkanmi prayed that the celebrant would continue to enjoy the grace and guidance required to discharge his responsibilities successfully and make meaningful contributions to the development of the state.
