You’re A ‘Beacon Of Hope And Unity’, Hon Rotimi Makinde Celebrates Ooni @ 50
A former member of the 7th Assembly in Nigeria, honourable rotimi makinde, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
In a statement released by his office, Honourable Makinde described the Ooni as a “beacon of hope and unity” for the Yoruba people and Nigeria as a whole.
He joined the entire Yoruba nation and well-wishers worldwide to celebrate the life and legacy of the monarch on his birthday.
Makinde stated that, the tireless efforts of oba adeyeye ogunwusi in promoting Yoruba culture, unity, and progress are highly commendable, adding that his leadership has brought dignity and pride to the Yoruba people.
Honourable Makinde prayed for the Ooni’s continued good health, wisdom, and strength as he continues to lead his people, stating that he looks forward to many more years of his visionary leadership, as the special day brings him joy, peace, and prosperity
