Easter: Ife-born Philanthropist Greets Ooni, Osun Residents

-Charges LP Members To Remain United, Focus On Attainment Of Good Governance For Osun

The founder of Adediwura Adesina Foundation, Hon Shina Adediwura has felicitated with Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, the Obas, the chiefs and residents of the town on the occasion of Easter celebrations.

Adediwura in his Easter message also congratulated members and chieftains of the Labour Party in Ife and across the state on the Easter celebrations, charging them to remain united and focus on attainment of good governance for the state and Nigeria as a whole.

He also enjoined the youths to work very hard for a glorious future, since taking shortcut to success may lead to unsavoury end.

The Ife-born philanthropist, who charged youths to shun social vices capable of hampering them from realizing their goals in life, added that Nigeria will become a better place for all with dedication and hardwork by people.

Describing the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ which is being celebrated during Easter, as the greatest sacrifice for humanity, Adediwura, however urged people to imbibe lessons of tolerance, humility, perseverance among others, being virtues that Jesus exhibited when he accepted the cross.

Commenting on the activities of Adediwura Adesina Foundation, he said the programmes were carefully designed to put smiles on the people’s face particularly in the area of education, health and youth empowerment.

Adediwura who contested for Ife Central State Constituency seat in the Osun State House of Assembly in the 2023 general elections on the platform of Labour party then advised residents of Ife, Osun State and Nigeria to continue to live in peace and show love to one and another.
