There’ll Be More Dividends Of Democracy, If You Reelect My Husband-Osun First Lady Assures Traders
–As She Takes Campaign Rally To Ifon, Owode- Ede Markets
The people of Osun state have been assured of a life more abundant if the present administration led by Mr Adegboyega Oyetola is given another mandate of another four years.
Reelecting governor Oyetola back to office will not only bring more dividends of democracy but translates into an all round development for the residents and non residents of the state till 2026 when it must have completed its two term of eight unbroken years of good governance .
The wife of the Governor State of Osun, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola stated these during yet another campaign rallies to both Ifon and Owode markets in Osun state preparatory to the July 16 governorship election in which her husband, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola is seeking a reelection bid .
It would be recalled that for the past few weeks Mrs Oyetola and her all women powerful delegation had been paying a visit to the various markets to advance reasons and factors to be considered for the reelection of her husband as governor of Osun state.
This time around Mrs Oyetola while at both Ifon market in Orolu local Government and Owode Ede market in Ede North local Government of the state recalled the massive support given to her husband in 2018 , emphasizing the need for same to be replicated.
In a carnival like manner amidst singing and dancing to the admiration of both traders and buyers in the two different markets ,the Osun first lady was also very appreciative of the people for the love and support given to her husband so far in his about to be completed first term of four years .
Describing governance as a serious business which should not just be entrusted in the hands of just anybody with little or no experience, she reaffirmed the resolve and commitment of the present administration in Osun under the watch of her husband if reelected to continue to operate a people friendly government as has been the case since 2018 when it came on board.
Accompanied by the wife of the state Deputy Governor Mrs Oyefunke Alabi alongside wives of other top government functionaries and political groups in the state, the President, IleriOluwa Development Initiatives said she felt deeply elated by the warm reception and accorded her and her entourage in the two markets as well as other public places to campaign for the reelection of Mr Adegboyega Oyetola.
The market men and women who were also jolted and happy with the presence of the wife of the governor and her entourage in both Ifon and Owode markets affirmed their readiness to give necessary support that will make the reselection of Mr Oyetola for second term a reality .
The two rallies carried out same day to the two markets afforded Mrs Oyetola yet another opportunity to reel out the many dividends of democracy which the administration of her husband made available to the people of Osun in the last four years .
While calling them one after the other,she particularly mentioned the administrations giant strides in education, infrastructural development, youth and women empowerment programmes as well as qualitative and efficient health services aimed at enhancing the living standard of the people of the state.
If re-elected back to office come July 16 gubernatorial election in the state,Mrs Oyetola said her husband,Mr Adegboyega Oyetola will not only give glory to God but appreciate the people of the state for standing solidly behind him for the actualisation of his dream coming to reality.
She therefore urged all residents particularly those that have attained the voting age of 18 and above to jealously keep their PVCs intact and those who are yet to collect theirs , according to Mrs Oyetola should go and do so with immediate effect.
With an assurance of a good support for the reelection of her husband visibly displayed on the faces of the market men and women, Mrs Oyetola and her campaign entourage left the two markets at both Ifon and Owode satisfied .
She, however, declared her readiness to embark on similar visits to other markets and public places throughout the state before the election of July 16,2022.
