NSCDC Honours Outstanding Officers In Osun
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Osun State Command has honoured outstanding Officers for their commendable performance in the year 2021.
The Commandant of NSCDC in the state, Ocheja Emmanuel presented the awards to the officers in Osogbo, the state capital on Monday. 
Commandant Ocheja while speaking at the sitting parade held at the State headquarters today 10th January, 2022 charged other officers to emulate those rewarded in discharging their duties.
He highlighted some of the Corps’ achievements since his assumption of duty which include generation of three million, four hundred and ninety eight thousand Naira through issuance and renewal of license of Private Guard companies by the Private Guard Control Department of the Corps, to state a few.
The Commandant promised to do more, most importantly in the area of staff welfare, as he equally enjoined Officers to cooperate with him in achieving a progressive Command.
However, he warned Officers to desist from acts that undermines the progress of the Corps, with the promise that any officer caught in any act of indiscipline will be dealt with accordingly.
The NSCDC media officer, Atanda Olabisi told newsmen that the awards was meant to encourage hardworking and commited Officers to keep it up.
Atanda said the Command remains committed to the mandates of the Corps to ensure protection of life and property of law abiding citizens.
