Osun NUJ Ramadan Lecture Holds Saturday

The 1440AH (2019) annual Ramadan lecture of the Osun state Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, holds on Saturday May 11, 2019 at NUJ Press Centre Iwo/Ibadan road, Osogbo.

The theme of this year Ramadan lecture is “Terrorism and Islamaphobia: Plight of the Ummah and the lecture holds at NUJ council, Osogbo, by 3pm.

A senior lecturer from the Federal College of Education, FCE, (Special), Oyo, Imam Daud Tijani Igiogun, is the guest lecturer.

The Governor of the state of Osun, Mr Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola, is the special guest of honour, while the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba AbdurRasheed Olatunde Adebomi, Odundun IV, is the royal host.

Oba Qamor’deen Adeyemi Bello Adeyanju, Ilufemiloye I, Alawode IV, the Olororuwo of Ororuwo, is the royal father of the day.

The speaker, state of Osun House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Najeemdeen Folasayo Salaam, is the Chairman of the day and former Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, is the guest of honour.

Members of NUJ in Osun state and the general public are hereby invited to the lecture.
