Breaking: Man Jumps Into Osun River

A yet to be identified middle-aged man on Thursday allegedly jumped into a river in Osun, in an attempt to commit suicide.
CityMirrorNews learnt that all efforts to rescue the man by police and fire fighters was proved abortive as his whereabout could not be ascertained inside the river.
It was gathered that the man unclad himself before he jumped into Osun river located at Aregbe bus stop, Old Governor’s Office, Osogbo, Osun state capital.
The incident attracted a crowd of passers-by ,who stopped to catch a glimpse of the incident.
It was learnt that the man allegedly resorted to the action in an apparent suicide attempt.
