Encomium As Ogunbiyi Donates Wheel Chair To Physically Challenged Person In Osun
Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, a governorship aspirant under the banner of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Osun State has donated a wheel chair to Mr. Raufu Lasisi to ease the mobility burden of the physically challenged Osun indigene.

Demonstrating his altruism, Ogunbiyi who was represented by Hon. Bamidele Salaam, a chieftain of the PDP presented the medical wheel chair to Lasisi at his campaign office in Osogbo, the capital of the state on Tuesday.
In his remarks, Raufu showered encomium on Ogunbiyi and acknowledged the philanthropist for keeping to his words despite the fallout of the primary election of the party.
“When he (Ogunbiyi) came to Egbedore local government during his campaign before the primary election, he saw me struggling to move. He looked at me and promised to get me a wheel chair. I was happy to hear that and look forward to today.”
“However, after the primary election and the events that followed it, I thought the promise would not be kept. But, I am glad he fulfilled the promise,” he stated, praying God to continue to bless the Ile Ogbo born technocrat and make his dreams for Osun come to fruition.
Commenting on the gesture, Alh. Wahab Oladosu, a stalwart of the party from the local government equally extolled Ogunbiyi for the largesse and other promises kept.
