Aregbesola At 61: Groups To Organise Special Ramadan Lecture To Celebrate Governor

The Oranmiyan Movement, a political platform of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and the APC, in collaboration with the Enroute Rauf Team is set to hold it’s 3rd Ramadan lecture to celebrate the 61st birthday of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the Governor of the State of Osun.

According to the organisers of the lecture, in a statement made available to press in Osogbo, the 3rd Ramadan lecture is scheduled for 3rd of June, 2018 at the Nelson Mandela freedom park starting from 10 am with Leadership, Stewardship and Transiency as the theme.

The Chairman Media committee of this year’s lecture, Comrade Rasheed Raji Ropo and Sodiq Olajide Maroof, said the programme is designed to commemorate and celebrate Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola whose nearly 8 years in the saddle of governance in Osun is exemplary and inspirational.

The lecture will feature Sermon, music and other spiritually edifying programmes that are in tandem with the dictated of Islam in line with the Holy Month of Ramadan.

“Sheik Jubril Ramadan (Al Ketuwiy) Mudir Markaz Salam, Sheik Imam Muyideen Salman, Chief Imam of Offs and Ustaz Musbahudeen Orimadegun, the Chief Imam of Osun State Polytecnics Iree will be on ground to do justice to the theme of the lecture.

“We enjoin all Muslim Faithfuls and the general public to join us as we celebrate Our Symbol, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and uplift ourselves spiritually during this year’s Holy Month of Ramadan.
