JUST IN: WAEC Announces Date For 2023 WASSCE Examination
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that the 2023 school-based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) will take place for seven weeks, between May 8 and June 23, 2023.
This was disclosed by the head of the national office, Patrick Areghan, during a pre-examination press briefing in Lagos on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
Areghan said the examination will involve a total of 1,621,853 candidates from 20,851 government and private schools.
