NNCETT Seeks Cooperation, Schedules July 2ND For Officers Route Match In Ile-Ife
The Nigerian Navy Centre for Education and Training Technology Ile-Ife has called for the cooperation of the people of Ile-Ife and its environs as Saturday July 2nd,2022 scheduled to hold its routine Route Match and operational show of force by the officers and men of NNCETT in the ancient city.
Speaking on Friday, the Commandant of NNCETT Ile-Ife, Navy Captain Aondowase Mnguve, opined that the scheduled route match was inline with the National operational directive from the HQ NAVTRAC for all professional schools under Command.
He added that Officers and men of NNCETT Ile-Ife would conduct the route match starting from the Centre on Ifewara road, Kosere, Ile-Ife through Ilode market to the roundabout in front of Ooni’s Palace and back to the school.
Navy Captain Mnguve therefore enjoined members of the public to go about their normal businesses without fear as the Naval officers of NNCETT Ile-Ife would conduct the route match in the most professional manner without molestation of the general public.
“We assure you of a friendly and civil conduct from officers during the route match.
“We will not tolerate lawlessness and conducts likely to disrupt the peace and tranquility of Ile-Ife in particular and Osun State in General,”Captain Aondowase stressed.
The commandant however called for maximum cooperation from the people of the communities while assuring them of absolute professional conduct from the Navy throughout the entire route match exercise.
