Troop Out En Masse To Elect Your Guber Candidate – Osun APC Charges Members

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State has told its members across the state to troop out in large number and assemble at their wards’ voting centers throughout the state from 8am on Saturday to participate fully in the party’s direct primary scheduled to hold on 19th of February, 2022.

This is contained in a statement issued from the party’s Directorate of Publicity, Research and Strategy and signed by its Director, Kunle Oyatomi Esq. and made available to Newsmen on Friday in Osogbo the state capital.

The party said that the APC candidate for the July 16 governorship election will be elected by all card-carrying members of the party through direct voting to ensure that whoever wins in the Saturday exercise will represent the party in the July 16 governorship election.

Oyatomi opined that all bonafide members of the party must come to their ward’s polling centres with their APC membership cards to authenticate their membership and to avoid being disenfranchised.

“We all have a stake in deciding who becomes the candidate of the party and It is a duty we all must be proud to perform on Saturday in the best interest of the state in general and our party in particular.”

The party therefore urged every member of the party to comport themselves. Be orderly, peaceful and responsible for the process to be a successful one.
