Breaking: Three Suspects Arrested Over Attack On Ortom
At least three men suspected to have been among those who attacked Governor Ortom of Benue state have been arrested.
Security agents in Benue state have arrested three men alleged to have attacked Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state.
The three arrested are Jukun fishermen.
Recall that Ortom was last Saturday attacked by gunmen along Tyo Mu, Makurdi.
Security Adviser to Ortom, Col. Paul Hemba, confirmed the arrest while conducting newsmen round the scene of the attack on Tuesday.
Hemba stated the police team found the fishermen close to the scene of the attack and are being investigated.
