Three Days to Election, Ondo PDP in Disarray as Court Sacks Jimoh Ibrahim
The Saturday Governorship election in Ondo state has got messier for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as the Court of Appeal declared Eyitayo Jegede as the candidate of PDP in the state.
The court sacked Jimoh Ibrahim who belongs to the camp of Sheer if and therefore, ordered that Mr. Ibrahim be replaced with Eyitayo Jegede, who belongs to the Ahmed Makarfi faction of the party.
It would be recalled that Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court has ruled in favour of Ibrahim.
However, the Appeal Court has set aside the ruling of the federal high court.
