Buhari Centre For Good Governance Sensitization Activities Kicks-Off In Ondo

Activities mapped out for President Muhammadu Buhari Centre for Good Governance (PMBCGG) nationwide sensitisation campaign kicked off in Akure, the Ondo state capital at the weekend with all the 36 State Coordinators in attendance.
The lawmaker representing Ondo North Senatorial District, Prof Ajayi Boroffice is the Grand Patron of the centre.
From its temporary office along Oda road, Akure to Arakale/Oja-Oba, the campaigners met with scores of market women, artisans, road transporters and other segments of the society for sensitisation.
They explained the benefits of Nigeria’s borders closure most especially the good number of multi-million naira rice mills which have been established by different investors since President Buhari closed the borders.
The Centre informed the people that over two million jobs have been created by rice farmers and investors and over five million indirect jobs are also targeted as Nigerians have totally used to what they produced locally.
Co-ordinator of the centre, Mr Sunday Ogunmola urged Nigerians to show more appreciation to President Buhari, who has a rare commitment to fighting corruption, women and youth empowerment, massive road construction, war against insurgency, resuscitation of railway system, free interest to farmers, cooperative societies and improvement in power supply.
He equally thanked the Grand Patron of PMBCGG and Deputy Senate Leader, Prof Boroffice, who he described as the symbol of APC in the state for his commitment to the success of President Buhari, which made it possible for the citizenry to embrace the ruling APC in the state.
He said, “it is undeniable fact that the roles Senator Borrofice has been playing in his monthly women and youth empowerment programmes and the unprecedented supports he has for the President made it possible for the people in the state to embrace the ruling party”.
Ogunmola also used the occasion to officially announce, Prince Feyisayo Ayodele as the Patron (Diaspora) of PMBCGG.
He said Ayodele is now working on how to secure an international office of PMBCGG in the United States of America (USA) in order to bring the lovers of President Buhari home and abroad together.
