9th National Assembly proclamation; Omoworare Congratulates Lawan, Omo-Agege

Senator Babajide Omoworare felicitate with the Newly elected President of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Ahmed Lawan and his deputy, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege on their emergence.

The senator equally extended his congratulatory message to all the newly inaugurated Senator, charging them to foster working synergy across all divides in the interest of nation building and progress.

In a press statement made available to the press by Tunde Dairo his media assistant, the Senator call on the 9th assembly to place premium on quality and people focused legislation to move Nigeria forward.

In his words, I congratulate the Senate President, Senator Ahmed Lawan and his Deputy Senator Ovie Omo-Agege on their newly assigned responsibility. I have no doubt in the capacity of this individuals to lead a Senate that will work for progress of the people. He said.

May I equally congratulate all the Senators as they assume their legislative duties especially my brothers from the state of Osun, Senator Bashiru Ajibola, Osun Central, Senator Adelere Oriolowo and Senator Adenigba Fadahunsi and wish them succesful tenure. Omoworare said.
