In Osun: Ritualist Den Uncovered, Three Suspects Arrested
The operatives of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps and the the men of the Nigeria Police Force have raided a ritual den in Ilesa, Osun state and arrested three suspects.
The security operatives conducted the raid when a commercial motorcycle operator reported to the NSCDC men that some people attempted to kidnapped him into a building at Bolorunduro area of llesa.
According to the report, the commercial motorcycle operator said he narrowly escaped from the ritualists.
He said that the ritualists attempted to kidnap him into the building for ritual.
The Public Relations Officer of the Osun State Command of the NSCDC, Mr Wale Afolabi said that upon the report by the commercial motorcycle operator, the NSCDC notified the police and the building was raided in a joint operation.
The NSCDC spokesperson confirmed that three persons were arrested and exhibits were recovered from the building.
He added that the suspects are in the custody of the ljamo Divisional Police Headquarters and that investigation has commenced in the case.
