The defendants, identified as Adeyemo Segun, 36; Osuolale Olabisi, 30; and Ajao Ayodele Samuel, 39, were accused of conspiring with other persons currently at large to obtain money under false pretences from one Busari Miftaudeen Adekola.

In his ruling, Magistrate Olusegun Ayilara granted bail to the defendants and adjourned the case until December 14, 2026, for hearing.
The allegations have yet to be proven in court, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction.
