Tinubu Begins Three-Week Annual Leave, Heads To Europe
President Bola Tinubu will on Sunday depart Abuja for Europe to commence a three-week annual vacation.
According to a statement issued on Sunday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President’s first destination will be London, United Kingdom.
Onanuga said the vacation is part of Tinubu’s annual leave and would provide an opportunity for the President to have a working holiday.
He added that Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria at the end of the three-week break to resume official engagements and participate in preparations for the January 2027 election.
The Presidency did not provide further details on the President’s itinerary during the vacation.
