As founder of Latkof Nigeria Limited (2003) and Koblat Multiventures Limited (2014), he has built thriving enterprises spanning Printing and Publishing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services, Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Bakery and Food Production.

These ventures demonstrate not only business acumen but also a profound understanding of job creation, wealth generation, and economic diversification — critical ingredients for the socio-economic renaissance our constituency so desperately requires.

His tenure as Special Adviser on Youth and Sports to the Osun State Government (2019–2022) saw him champion transformative youth empowerment initiatives and sports development programmes that touched thousands of young lives. His strategic roles as Deputy Chairman, Youth and Students Directorate of the Presidential Campaign Council for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Osun State, Director-General of GIOMANIA (for the 2018 gubernatorial campaign of Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola), Director-General of the Buhari Rescue Team (2015 & 2019), and Director-General of RAUFOMANIA (for Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola’s 2014 re-election) underscore his exceptional prowess in campaign architecture, stakeholder engagement, and massive grassroots mobilization. Twice an aspirant for the House of Representatives (2014 & 2018) and for Executive Chairman of Osogbo Local Government (2005), Aremo has consistently answered the call of service with courage and conviction.

As Chairman of Adelabu Football Club and Founder/Chairman of TFK Football Academy, he continues to nurture talent and provide platforms for youth development.
