Africa Solidarity Movement Elects New Exco
A non governmental organization, Africa Solidarity Movement (ASM) Ivory Coast has appointed members of the executive that would steer the ship of the movement in across the West Africa countries.
The congress leading to the emergence of the new Exco was held on December 15, 2022, with five members unanimously appointed lead the movement.
The newly appointed Secretary General African Solidarity Movement (ASM) Nigeria Amb Abdulmajeed Oladimeji Oyeniyi, said the ASM was founded at Republic of Coted’ Ivoire.
According to him other West African countries partner with Africa Solidarity Movement to promote African heritage and culture.
He said Amb Amad Kouassi (Ivory Coast) was unanimously appointed as
President Africa Solidarity Movement (ASM) ivory Coast , while Amb Kojo Addo emerged as Vice President Africa Solidarity Movement (ASM) Ghana

The Nigerian born youth development advocate said: “The Africa Solidarity Movement (ASM) was founded in 2022 at Republic of Coted’ Ivoire and other African Countries partners with Africa Solidarity Movement.
In Africa Solidarity Movement, we believe in promoting Africa Heritage and Our Culture and its Continent across the Globe.
“We are planing the ASM Summit which will take place by God’s grace in the month of September year 2024.
As a matter of fact, ASM summit will serve as a platform for young people from across African countries to learn, network, and share ideas on issues that affect their lives.
“The event , as we are planning it will bring together young people, policymakers, development partners, and international Organizational to discuss the Challenges and opportunities facing young people in Africa and to develop innovative solutions to address these Challenges”, he explained their plans .
