Shifau Rahman Hospital Organises Free Medical Seminar

Shifau Rahman Integrative Hospital, Kasmo Area, Osogbo, has organised a free evidence based medical seminar for all members of the public.

In a release signed by the Medical Director of the Hospital, Dr Opeyemi Abdullah, in Osogbo, the seminar is aimed at furnishing the public with scientific proofs on the use of foods in preventing and treatment of various diseases.

According to the release, the seminar which has as its theme:” Scientific Evidence For Food as Medicine”, will hold on Saturday 20th July, 2024, at COD Events and Conference Centre, Federal Housing Estate, Oke-Onitea, Osogbo.

The release notes that some of the best medical experts in Nigeria, including Consultant Neurosurgeon, FMC Abeokuta, Dr L.O. Tiamiyu; Prof. Ahmad Adekilekun Tijani of Department of Anatomy, College of Medicine, Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun, Osun State; Chairman, Lagos State Traditional Medicine Board, Prof. Adebukunola Adefule Ositelu and Medical Director, Shifau Rahman Integrative Hospital Osogbo & Lagos, Dr Opeyemi Abdullah will deliver lectures at the epoch making event.

The release, therefore, calls on the general public, most especially the elderly, those nursing terminal diseases, nutritionists and health care givers to attend the seminar.
