BREAKING: US Supreme Court Rejects Trump’s Bid To Restrict Birthright Citizenship
The United States Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected President Donald Trump’s bid to restrict birthright citizenship.
In a closely watched ruling delivered on the final day of its term, the court voted 6-3 to uphold the constitutional right to American citizenship for nearly everyone born on U.S. soil.
The ruling marks a setback to Trump’s effort to narrow eligibility for automatic citizenship in the United States.
