Renewed Hope Ambassadors Laud Successful Conduct Of APC Presidential Primary In Osun

The Osun State Secretariat of Renewed Hope Ambassadors has commended the peaceful, orderly and successful conduct of the APC Presidential Primary Election across the 30 local government areas of Osun State, describing the exercise as a strong demonstration of party unity, grassroots coordination and collective commitment to the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The exercise, which recorded 100,880 accredited members and delivered all votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, reflected the discipline, loyalty and organisational strength of the APC family in Osun State. It also showed the readiness of party members, stakeholders and support structures to work together for the success of the party in future elections.

At the state level, the process was led by the State Leader of the party and Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola, CON, who served as the State Collation Officer. His presence, leadership and steady guidance gave the exercise the dignity, order and credibility expected of a united progressive family.

The Secretariat also appreciates the APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, who served as Chairman of the Committee. His active involvement from the ward level to the final collation centre further confirmed his commitment to party unity, internal democracy and the larger progressive project in Osun State.

The Osun State Coordinator of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Oluomo Sunday Akere, served as Secretary of the Committee, while local government coordinators of Renewed Hope Ambassadors worked in conjunction with APC party chairmen as collation and presiding officers across the 30 local government areas. This arrangement further demonstrated the active role of the Secretariat in the successful coordination of the exercise from the grassroots to the state collation centre.

The Osun State Secretariat of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, according to a statement signed by its State Ambassador, Oluomo Sunday Akere, notes that the success of the primary is a clear indication of the movement’s strength, spread and readiness to serve as a major vehicle for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election campaign across the federation.

“The Secretariat remains fully prepared to deepen mobilisation, strengthen grassroots engagement and communicate the achievements and vision of the Renewed Hope administration to the people.

“As the party moves towards the 15 August 2026 governorship election in Osun State, the Secretariat affirms its readiness to contribute its quota to the victory of the APC and the emergence of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji as Governor of Osun State. We are also committed to working with all relevant party structures towards the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.
