Osun NUJ Press Week 2025: Health Walk Holds Tomorrow

‎The Health Walk Committee of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ,Osun Chapter will tomorrow hold its yearly health walk,as Part of activities Marking Osun NUJ 2025 press week.

‎The Health Walk aimed to boost the healthy well being of Journalists in the state.
‎
‎A statement jointly signed by the Chairperson and the Secretary of the Health Walk Committee, Comrade Wumi Olaniyi and Comrade Mojisola Oladele, respectively indicates that members would commence the walk from the Press Centre, beside Technical College, Osogbo match through Alekuwodo and back to the press center.

‎The Statement states that, The Health Walk will have in attendance notable individuals including; Member of Osun State House of Assembly representing Ila, Hon. Sikiru Bajepade, A former Lawmaker in the State, Hon. Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, Comrade Kehinde Ayantunji,the State Cordinator of moniepoint, Pastor Olufemi Olaniyan,members of the National Assembly, State Assembly, and other top government functionaries.

‎It States that, The Health Walk which is  Sponsored by Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji, Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi and MoniePoint.
‎
‎Also, the Moniepoint team will open a free account  for interested members of the Union including a free ATM card after the exercise.‎
‎
‎The statement urged members of the union to  converge at the Press Centre by 7 in the morning for the all important briefing before the take off.

Similarly,a novelty football match between the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and the Nigeria Police Force holds tomorrow in the afternoon in continuation of activities marking the 2025 Osun NUJ Press Week!
Venue is Technical College, Osogbo.

All players of NUJ football team are to assemble at the Press Centre in the afternoon before movement to the venue.
