Oba Adekunle Adeagbo Installs Chief Aminu Sule As Bobajiroro of Moba Land

His Royal Majesty, Oba Adekunle Adeagbo, the Oore of Otun-Ekiti in Moba Local Government Area of Ekiti State, has once again demonstrated exemplary leadership and royal wisdom with the installation of Chief Aminu Sule as the Bobajiroro of the entire Moba Land.

It will be recalled that Oba Adekunle Adeagbo was installed as the Oore of Otun-Ekiti on December 23 during the administration of Dr. Kayode Fayemi, former Governor of Ekiti State.

Today marks a historic milestone as the revered monarch celebrates his fifth coronation anniversary a period widely acknowledged for peace, unity, and remarkable development in Otun-Ekiti and its environs.

In a statement during the celebration, Oba Adekunle Adeagbo commended the administration of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for its efforts in improving national security and assured Nigerians that the country is safer under the President’s leadership.

As part of activities marking the anniversary, the highly respected Lagos-based business mogul, Chief Aminu Sule, was honoured with the prestigious chieftaincy title of Bobajiroro of Otun-Ekiti in Moba Land.

The installation ceremony was graced by the presence of His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, who was represented by the Sooko of Ife Land, alongside Otunba Moses Olafare, the spokesperson to the Ooni of Ife.

Other monarchs from across Ekiti State and beyond also attended the event. The installation further reflects Oba Adekunle Adeagbo’s commitment to recognising individuals whose lives and contributions have positively impacted society.

Chief Aminu Sule is a renowned philanthropist, a lover of the masses, and a man of uncommon generosity whose selfless service to humanity has earned him widespread admiration across Nigeria. His installation was greeted with jubilation, with many describing the honour as well-deserved and timely.

In his acceptance speech, the new Bobajiroro expressed profound gratitude to Kabiyesi, the Oore of Otun-Ekiti, for the honour bestowed upon him. He pledged to work closely with the monarch to promote community development, offer constructive advice, and preserve the cultural heritage of Moba Land. He also praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing him as a visionary leader committed to national progress.

Chief Aminu Sule was accompanied by friends, associates, and business partners from Lagos and beyond. Notable among them were Chief Otunba (Dr.) Andi Aniboh, the Bobagunwa of Yewa Ilaro Land and President of Zumar Resources and Energy Nig. Ltd.; Dr. Phillips Odey; Hon. Prince Noah O., Chairman and CEO of Nom Global Resources Nig. Ltd.; Princess Afisat Yusuf, an educationist; and Hon. Adebayo Temitope, accompanied by his wife, Prophetess Folasade, among others.
