Best Governor Award: YOWICAN Congratulates Delta Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori

The Youth Wing Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), Delta State Chapter, has congratulated Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his recent award as the Best Governor of the Year 2024 saying that the prestigious award was a testament to Governor Oborevwori’s tireless efforts and commitment to the development and growth of Delta State.

According to Rev. Onajite Enunuaye, Acting Chairman of YOWICAN, Delta State Chapter, Governor Oborevwori’s leadership has been a beacon of hope and inspiration to the people of Delta State.

“We are grateful for his selfless service and pray that God continues to guide and strengthen him as he strives to make Delta State a better place for all its citizens,” Rev. Enunuaye stated.

Governor Oborevwori received the award in recognition of his fiscal discipline and infrastructural development of Delta State.

The award was presented by the Founder of THISDAY and ARISE Media Group, Prince Nduka Obaigbena.

“The governor’s achievements are a testament to his commitment to the development of Delta State. Under his leadership, the state has witnessed significant growth and development, including improvements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare.”
