Western Lifestyles: Oluwo Writes Saudi Arabia Authorities

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has enjoined the authorities of Saudi Arabia to uphold the principle of Godliness and cleanliness of the ancient land.

Oluwo described Saudi Arabia as the most clean country in the world, asking her authorities to preserve the distinctive attribute to sustain the glory eternally.

He advised the stakeholders in Saudi Arabia most especially Mecca and Medinah to preserve their spiritual sanctity by permanently disallowing sales of alcohol, prostitution and all forms of immoral practices forbidden by God.

He stated his recent visit to Saudi Arabia revealed the strength of the land, stressing the popular saying “Cleaningness is next to Godliness”. Oluwo described the cleaningness as the strength of the holy land”

A press statement by Oluwo made available to newsmen by his press secretary , Alli Ibraheem, reads ” The most cleaned land is the most prosperous land in the world. The strength of Saudi Arabia is purity, Godliness and cleaningness. These qualities are strengths that must be preserved to sustain the glory of the land”
